These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gridguard.site website (the "Site") and the pest control services provided by GridGuard Pest Control ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Watkinsville, GA 30677. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or requesting our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services.

2. Description of Services

GridGuard Pest Control provides professional pest elimination, prevention, and management services including but not limited to:

• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Cockroach treatment
• Scorpion control (Arizona-specific)
• Ant and spider control
• Bed bug treatment
• General pest management programs

All services are performed by licensed technicians in compliance with Arizona Office of Pest Management (OPM) regulations and EPA guidelines. Service availability is limited to the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding Maricopa and Pinal County communities.

3. Website Use

Permitted Use

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may access information, request services, and contact us through the Site's provided forms and channels.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or data-mine the Site without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

4. Service Agreements & Pricing

Pricing displayed on our Site (including plan pricing such as Patrol, Shield, and GridGuard Pro) is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on property size, severity of infestation, location, and other factors assessed during inspection.

A binding service agreement is only formed when you have received a written quote and provided written or verbal authorization to proceed. Free inspections carry no obligation to purchase services.

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any financing arrangements will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred timing. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice by calling (706) 201-0750 or emailing info@gridguardpestcontrol.site.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide prompt notice of any such changes.

6. Service Guarantee

GridGuard offers a satisfaction guarantee on covered services as outlined in your individual service agreement. In general terms, if targeted pests return within the guarantee period following treatment, we will re-treat at no additional charge. The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The property must be reasonably accessible for follow-up treatment
• The customer must have followed any post-treatment preparation instructions provided by the technician
• The guarantee does not cover new infestations originating from untreated areas or new entry points
• Guarantee terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GridGuard Pest Control or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Submitted Information

By submitting information through our website forms, you grant us the right to use that information to contact you and provide the requested services. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information beyond what is necessary for service requests.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Site. Pest control results may vary based on property conditions, pest species, and environmental factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRIDGUARD PEST CONTROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GridGuard Pest Control and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or any misrepresentation made by you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
